The Frenchman's late strike had fans and neutrals in awe as Newcastle battled to a 3-2 win over Oxford
Steve Bruce's Newcastle side reached the FA Cup fifth round for the first time since 2006 and did so in dramatic fashion.
Cruising along 2-0 away at League One side Oxford United in their fourth round replay, after drawing 0-0 at St. James' Park at the weekend, the Magpies looked set for the next round without any issues.
First-half strikes from Sean Longstaff and Joelinton had the Premier League visitors in pole position but an 84th and 94th minute goals from Liam Kelly and Nathan Holland respectively sent this tie into extra-time.
Newcastle fans' hearts were broken.
Bruce couldn't have believed how his side let their two-goal advantage slip and with penalties looming, Allan Saint-Maximin produced a moment of magic to win the tie and send Newcastle through.
Social media could not contain themselves with the Frenchman's wonder run and finish.

Memes came out as soon as the ball hit the back of the net, with Saint-Maximin's famous headband resulting in the famous Eddie Hearn saying.
The 22-year-old took to twitter himself to respond to one Oxford fan who claimed it was embarrasing that they were celebrating beating the League One side.

Saint-Maximim had also produced another moment of magic during the game, with a ludicrous piece of skill in the corner when being pressurised by three Oxford players.
