Reports suggest Manchester United could be in for the 19-year-old star and fans have reacted to the news

Jadon Sancho has been a smash hit since the Englishman moved from Manchester City to German outfit Borussia Dortmund.

The youngster's performances and statistics immediately alerted clubs back in England and across the continent. Gareth Southgate was also one of those impressed by his performances, calling him up the England squad and then giving him his international debut back in October 2018.

Sancho, who joined Dortmund for a figure reported to be around £8 million in the summer of 2017, notched up his 13th assist of the current campaign - currently the most in the Bundesliga- and a feat only bettered in the top five leagues by Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne who has a staggering 15 already.

His assist at the weekend in the 4-3 away defeat to Bayern Leverkusen had some fans tweeting their praise for the 19-year-old.

Jesco von Eichmann, a reporter for Sky Germany, told Sky Sports: "He will leave Dortmund this summer, that's for sure.

"It's not clear to which club he will change.

"Manchester United is one of the big clubs that are interested, that I've heard.

"Michael Zorc, the director of Dortmund, said last week in an interview that he hasn't had an offer for Jadon Sancho yet. Today, I asked him again, and he just smiled!

The rumours that Manchester United are supposedly interested in the former City winger had some fans buzzing about the potential signing but some don't think the club would be able to secure his signature.
